This year November arrived with Snow! Have no fear, our frost covers did their work. However, with the -10C on Friday evening, the end of our tomatoes came a little quicker then we liked. Last year we managed all the way to December! Our frost blanks in the fields and in cold frames will keep the produce growing. Spinach, Kale, Kholrabi, Lettuce, Onions, and more will be coming! We are still planning if we will be doing a produce bag of Lettuce, Kale, and some cold weather crops this week, we may start the every other week already!
