The rain has come and our hectic week rush to beat the rain has come to an end.  We managed to get our Strawberry plants in the ground for next years Crop, started to plant Peppers and Eggplants into the hoop houses, and we have prepared a 2 acre plot for Potatoes, Sweet Corn, Popcorn, Pumpkins and Squash. Even more exciting, this week is the first week we are picking produce from the field! The baby leaf spinach is the first to be picked from the field as we slowly transition out of the hoop houses and into the fields.
Order Meat! We have another round of butchering coming up at the end of May for both Chicken and Pork.   We need to make some space if our freezers so if you do not have your freezer full, try to fill it up with Maryhill Organic Beef and Pork!  All sausages are $16/lb as we need more space!
