It seems fall is back today. We have a very busy week, all our potatoes are harvested and we are getting ready for more cold frame transplants. Next week you can expect Banana Fingerlings, French Fingerlings, Purple Peruvian Fingerlings, Goldrush, Norland, and Eva potatoes. We are also slowly transitioning the cold frames to the fall and winter vegetables. Kale, Lettuce, Onions, Kholrabi, Fennel are already planted, and much much more to be transplanted and seeded this coming week. Cilantro, Beets, Carrots, Turnips, more Lettuce, Kale, and Kholrabi will be either direct seeded or transplanted.
