March is here, and since we have more sunny days the greenhouses are really starting to grow. Our Lettuce Mix and Spinach will soon be a weekly regular in the produce bags.
The produce bag this week will have two new additions, Carrots and Cilantro! We had this idea that more greenhouse space would ease our crop rotation struggles, but if you have a spot to plant something, you do! So here we are, trying to get the tomatoes transplanted in 2 weeks and the greenhouse still full of veggies. We have 3 beds of 28 free, and our goal is to have 10 available in a few weeks for tomatoes and another 4 available end of March for Eggplant and Pepper and shortly after that another bed for cucumbers. We have a lot of picking to do!
