It feels like Spring, things are green, and our field crops have germinated and we are excited to start transplanting more into the field.  This week we will have Radish and Asparagus in the produce bag! So look forward to a few weeks of Asparagus! Last week we did manage to get our onions transplanted, and on Friday finished off as it started to rain making the final row a muddy wet experience. This week we will be busy seeding and potting up a lot of transplants while we hope things dry out so we can prep some more beds so we can get some more early transplants out in the field.
Some customers have asked about seedlings sales, and we plan to start selling many seedlings May 17th to to June 7th. We hope to have a lot of variety from Celery, Onions, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Tomatoes, Tomatoes, and a lot more!
We also managed to get a butcher date for a bull in May! So we hope to have a full selection of Beef available for the week of May 20th!  If you want any special cuts, let us know in the next week and we can make sure we get what you crave!
