Each year we raise some Berkshire and Tamworth pigs. They are raised at pasture and free to roam a 2 acre paddock they share with a few goats. During the July to October months the pigs enjoy a huge supply of produce from the market garden. The leaves from the cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, and other plants make up a lot of their diet during the late summer and fall months.
