We raise a small cross bread of Waygu and Jersey cows completely on grass. Both the Waygu and the Jersey are known for their tender well marbled meat, and also known to be small. Our cattle are completely grass fed with the newborn calves living life at their mothers side. We currently only butcher about 2 bulls/steers a year that are around the 24-26 month old range at which point they weigh in a little over the 1000lb mark.
